If Terms Of Service is broken, I, as the artist, have a right to refuse service without refund, and possibly take legal action.

Payment is expected after artist presents sketch and the commissioner is pleased with the piece, any changes desired by the commissioner should be requested immediately, failure to do so is solely the fault of the commissioner.

Should something happen that prevents the artist from completing the commission, a letter explaining what has happened shall be sent immediately, along with a refund and the incomplete commission so they may commission another artist to finish it PROVIDING that the original artists signature is not removed and gets partial credit.

Theft will not be tolerated, if I find one of my drawings or other art on anyone's website or social media, etc, without permission, I will give a warning directly, and your information will be screenshot and saved. If you fail to reply within a week, or block me, or my efforts to fix the issue, legal action will be taken.

If you wish to modify the art, state your intentions. I have a right to either accept, or decline your request. Deadline for commissioned piece will be predicted after commissioner is happy with the initial sketch. If for any reason I am unable to meet this deadline, I will send commissioner a message stating the issue and how it will be resolved.

If I have not heard from the commissioner or received payment within a week after the deadline, I have a right to alter the piece in question, and auction the piece off without refund.
